Ranny Shibley, CEO
Ranny is a serial entrepreneur and businessman. He has experience in multiple industries throughout North America, Asia and the Middle East. Ranny brings to Bloom his experience as President and CEO of RJS Capital Inc. where he is responsible for strategy, risk management and business development in evaluating and acquiring shares and assets in different Industries including energy, agriculture and technology.. Prior to RJS, Ranny was the President of a private energy company for 15 years as well as a Director for a number of other oil and gas companies.
Ranny has previously been named Avenue Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40, Oil & Gas Magazine’s Up & Coming Businessmen and the University of Calgary’s Upstanding Alumni.
Brian Ross, President

Brian Ross is the President and cofounder of Bloom Benefits Group. He brings nearly 15 years of experience and expertise in the benefits industry, to lead the team at Bloom.
His career path began at national insurer, where he learned the importance of data-based decision-making. In search of a one-on-one client experience, Brian shifted course and joined a local firm as an independent broker. Before cofounding Bloom Benefits, Brian managed a successful sales team and maintained an award-winning position as Vice President of Sales. Brian uses his corporate knowledge to advocate and negotiate for clients; his personal interest in niche businesses allows him to take on their unique challenges and build sustainable solutions.
Brian enjoys the time he serves on local boards, and immersing himself in community projects. He spends his "free time" on the slopes, the greens, as a chauffeur for his three children, and at the family cabin in northern Saskatchewan.
